1 Introduction and General Provisions

2.4 Account Security
Keeping your username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.
3 Financial Transactions and Payment Terms
3.1 Deposits
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds to basa13: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Your account verification must be completed for a withdrawal to be successful.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawal requests must be made to a registered payment method.
- Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly without being used in at least one bet.
- Any bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not completed.
- basa13 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal if fraud is suspected.
3.4 Taxes and Charges
Any applicable government taxes or mobile banking charges on financial transactions are the user's own responsibility. basa13 does not impose additional processing fees, however the mobile banking operator's own charges may apply.
4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
basa13 offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳6,000 will add a maximum ৳5,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳11,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Each bonus comes with wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete bets worth ৳40,000 before withdrawing. The time limit for meeting the wagering requirements is counted from the date the bonus is granted.
4.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions
- A promo code or offer can be used only once per account.
- Bonuses can only be used on eligible games — the specific games are listed on the basa13 promo page.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account.
- If evidence of fraud or bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
- basa13 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
4.4 VIP Program
The basa13 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week; Gold — up to 1.2% cashback per week. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. Detailed terms for VIP benefits are provided separately.
5 Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Game Results
All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). basa13 ensures that all games are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. If a game result is disrupted due to a technical error or network issue, basa13 may cancel the relevant round or review it and take appropriate action.
5.2 Bet Cancellation
A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, basa13 may cancel a bet in the following cases:
- If a technical error occurs in a game.
- If incorrect odds are displayed at the time of betting.
- If a sporting event is cancelled or does not take place at the scheduled time.
- If evidence of fraud is found.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on basa13:
